Residential Care Performances
From the tender age of five Alex was creating her own shows and performing in the backyard for family and friends. Fast forward more than four decades and Alex has come full circle, delivering solo cabaret shows, sparking joy and sharing laughter with residents who may no longer be able to get out to live performances.
Alex thrives on connecting with audiences in an interactive way, performing songs from yesteryear and embarking on a delightful and whimsical journey down memory lane, leaving residents with a lasting smile.
Residents may be enticed to join in with some chair dancing, poetry or revealing the punch lines to jokes.
The highly engaging and dynamic cabaret style performances go for approx 45 - 50 mins with Alex mingling with residents post show and posing for photographs in character.
The pics are a wonderful keepsake for the residents and a magical memory they can share with their families.
